Do you grow the roses you are selling?

While we do grow roses, we have not grown these roses. These roses are grown by professional rose experts. Harvested when they are dormant and shipped to us. All roses have been grown within the USA.

Are your roses grafted or own root?

The majority of the roses we are offering are own root. If the rose is grafted on another root stock, it will state it in the description of the rose.

Why have The Flower Project grow my rose out in a pot?

Michael has seen that bare root roses do better when planted in a pot and allowed to regrow the feeder roots of the rose. However, planting a rose into a pot takes a lot of care and continual monitoring. We offer this as a service for our customer.

How long will it take to have a large rose bush?

The general rule for any plant is 3 years. Most plants need to be in the ground for three years before you seen huge gains in growth.

Can I return my rose if I don't like it or it does not grow?

There are no returns or exchanges on plants or cut flowers. We will give you all the tools you need to grow big healthy roses. Once the plants leave our care we can not guarantee their survival as many factors can affect a plant's success.

Are these rose disease resistance?

Yes these roses are disease resistance. Keep in mind that growing roses you need to oversee a disease management to off set any diseases. Even the best disease resistance roses can sub come without proper care.

Do these roses bloom once or are they repeat bloomers?

Every rose in this collection will bloom continually throughout the year. Some will bloom is full flushes of the bush, while others will have a few blooms all summer long.

How much sun do roses need?

Roses need at least 6 hours of full sun light. Some roses can do well in part shade. But most need sun. It can be either morning or afternoon sun.
